Structure of the seminar
The seminar will be structured in two conferences,
the first one to be carried out by Mr. Jean-Claude Burgelman, Head of Unit Data, Open Access and foresight. DG Research and Innovation. European Commission
and the second by Mrs Lidia Borrell- Damian, Director of Research and Innovation of the European University Association (EUA);
and three round tables with national and international experts who will discuss about Iberian and international experiences, as well as the perspective from the point of view of state administration of open science.
